    At Choice Properties, we strive to make the rental application process as easy and streamlined as possible. Here are the steps you can follow to apply for a rental property: 1. Browse our available properties: Visit our website or contact us to get a list of rental properties that match your criteria. 2. Schedule a viewing: Once you have identified a property you are interested in, contact us to schedule a viewing. 3. Submit an application: If you like the property, you can submit an application. We require a completed application form, proof of income, and a copy of your ID. You can submit your application in person in our office or with one of our agents. A $50.00 fee per applicant over the age of 18 years old must be paid via certified funds or Zelle. We also require a good faith deposit equal to one months rent to be paid via certified funds or Zelle at the time of application submission. 4. Once your application is received, we will review it and contact you with any further questions or to let you know you are approved! 5. If your application is approved, you will need to sign a lease agreement and pay the security deposit and first month's rent.     At Choice Properties, we understand the importance of finding a new home in a timely manner. Once an application has been approved and all necessary paperwork has been completed, we strive to have our tenants move in as soon as possible. The exact move-in date will depend on the availability of the unit and the scheduling of any necessary maintenance and cleaning.   • Does Choice conduct credit and background checks?
    Yes, at Choice Properties all applicants are subject to thorough credit and background checks as potential tenants.
